Problem
Many Founders and Chartered Accountants are unaware of the inefficiencies and challenges in their current collaboration process (If they are aware, they believe there is no better method available). Traditional practices often lead to miscommunication, incomplete data sharing, and administrative bottlenecks.
This results in missed opportunities for improvement and many founders spend more time managing financial data and working through administrative issues with their Chartered Accountants than they do focusing on strategic financial planning.
Objectives
The objective of this project is to create awareness on how traditional collaboration methods between founders and Chartered Accountants divert valuable time away from strategic financial discussions and how this can be solved with RazorpayX.

As the sole designer on the project, I collaborated with a PMM
Script Development
The script provided by the marketing team was reviewed and I found to be overly sales-focused and lacking a compelling storyline.
To address this, I re-wrote the script to be more engaging, friendly, and user-centric. Here is a small snippet
The revised script received immediate approval from stakeholders, with no further changes required. Once alignment was achieved, I began work on the storyboard.
A detailed storyboard was created to map out the video’s flow and ensure each segment communicated key points effectively. This phase included developing visual representations of each scene and planning the animation sequences.
Design & Animation Execution
First a broad exploration was done to evaluate several design options to ensure the chosen style not only reflected contemporary trends but also effectively conveyed the message with precision and clarity.
Various visual styles were explored before settling on a final approach that merged modern aesthetics with clear, impactful visuals.
Next, the visuals for the entire storyboard were created, and animation work began to bring them to life.
The Output
Results
The video received significantly higher numbers compared to industry benchmark.
Effective Communication: Successfully communicated the challenges in traditional collaboration and showcased RazorpayX as a solution, resonating well with the target audience.

Conclusion
With solid research, smart scriptwriting, and top-notch animation, the video tackled collaboration challenges and positioned RazorpayX as a key solution. The high engagement rate proves it succeeded in grabbing and keeping the audience’s attention.
This project demonstrated the power of thoughtfully designed motion graphics in communicating complex ideas.
